4 Bedroom House in Bridgeport, Louisville

We live in a new (finished in 2011) home in Suburban Louisville. On the main floor, the dining room, living room, and kitchen are in one great open concept room. On one side of the great room are 2 bedrooms (queen beds) and bath; on the other side is the master (king bed) and master bath. Downstairs we have a completely finished basement, complete with large tv and sectional for watching a movie, a full-sized pool table that can be converted into a Ping-Pong table, full bath, mini-fridge, a guestroom/playroom (this is the 4th bedroom - queen bed), and an office. Out back is our covered patio with a 500 sq ft addition, complete with a swing, firepit, and new (2020) Weber gas grill. It's a great place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the fireflies light up the summer night :)

* Update 4/9/21: At least half of our full-size fridge & freezer will be clear/open for your use. Also, there will be empty drawers in each bedroom for your use. *

* Update May ‘22: We got a golden retriever, but our home is always clean for our guests.

Summary: This is a beautiful home and very comfortable. Joel was available for any questions we had and went above and beyond in providing for our stay. We had 7 adults in our group and we never felt crowded. There was a bedroom for each family. The house is close to grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you might need. We enjoyed watching the deer in the back yard as well. You cannot go wrong booking this house. We hope to plan a trip back to Louisville again next year and Joel’s house will definitely be our first choice.
